THE COACHING PROCESS?
Coaching is usually a 5 - 8 occasion process where we are identifying challenges together and with specific methods we are trying to find a working solution.

I believe that understanding your self-talking during a match or a game is one of the most important factor to improve on, but we will deal with many other aspects of your life since there are multiple factors that can influence someones´s performance. Such as personal relationships, trainer-athlete relationship, peer pressure, social media pressure etc.
Coaching is not psychotherapy therefore we will only focus on the present and future outputs. At the end of a successful coaching process you should be more focused, self-confident and mentally powerful to cope alone with any kind of situation in your life.

The time for the inner work has to be invested by You - however I am there to support you throughout your journey with my best knowledge. Every challenge and every person is different therefore to unlearn bad habits or improve on specific areas everybody need different time-frames.
